Sculpt, Sip, Shop!!: September 26th

Lets have a Saturday well spent together!

9:00–9:30 AM | Sculpt
A 30-minute, barre inspired bodyweight workout designed to wake you up, get you moving, and leave you feeling good for the rest of your Saturday. This class will be led by Kelsey, a local instructor! 

9:30 AM + | Sip + Shop
After class, grab your included beverage Arnie’s Art Cafe, and  check out their menu of sandwiches, acai bowls, and baked goods. Then head into Wadman’s Home + Table to pick up your free event gift and enjoy 10% off a little shopping spree!

Bring: A yoga mat + water
Wear: Whatever makes you feel good moving
Location: The alley next to Wadman’s Home + Table
Time: Saturday, 9:00–9:30 AM, with shopping + coffee to follow
